Stylish coat but material pills

I received my coat about 10 days ago and have worn it a few times, I’ve had so many compliments already! Unfortunately, I did notice that the material started to pill slightly under the belt and arms after just a few wears.

I initially requested an exchange, but the company couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t happen again, so they kindly offered a refund instead. However, I actually declined because the coat is fab and so much more unique than your standard trench! I’ve decided to just get a fabric shaver to deal with the pilling.

If you don’t mind a bit of pilling, I’d highly recommend this coat, it really is a standout piece. Also, I’d like to say a big thank you to Alex, who I dealt with during the process, they were so lovely and a real asset to the customer service team
