Items must be unused and re-sellable as new, including undamaged packaging. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original branded boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box/postal bag. All branded tags and barcode labels must be attached and intact. You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days. Please note, all items purchased online cannot be returned to store.
Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all RELIGION garment tags still attached.
Please return all items, including the dust bag and box. If possible, please stand on a carpet surface when you try your shoes on to protect the soles.
LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR
In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
As dark items of clothing can easily transfer dye onto light-coloured bags, please handle these items carefully if you are still deciding whether to keep them.Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us unless the item is deemed faulty. We refund up to the value of $20 in postage costs for reasons a) the incorrect item was dispatched b) the item is deemed faulty. The $20 postage refund is only honoured when a valid postage receipt is presented.
Refund will be processed within 3 business days once we received the return.
