How do I create an account

Login and registration box you can find in the top right corner of the home page.

I forgot my password – can you help me?

Please click the ‘Forgot your password’ link underneath the enter password box. We’ll send you a reset password link to your registered email address.

Which payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and Solo cards. More coming soon.

Refund will be processed within 5 business days once we received the return. Read Shipping & Returns for more.


Orders for express delivery need to be received before 2pm, orders on Fridays or the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your purchase within 12 hours via our Help Desk or by contacting [email protected] Please keep in mind that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order is dispatched you will receive an email or text message from our carrier which will contain tracking information.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, has my order been accepted?

Sometimes our emails are filed in our customers spam/junk inbox, if you haven’t received an order confirmation to your main inbox then please check your other inboxes. If the order confirmation has not been received, please contact our help desk who will be happy to tell you the status of your order.

I can’t see my order under “My Orders” on my profile, where is it?

If you placed your order as a guest, you will not be able to see your order on our website or if you create an account after placing your order. We always advise our customers to create an account before placing their order, as this allows you to view the status of your order and use our help desk.

I need to return my order, how do I arrange this?

If you want to return your order, or part of your order, you will need to use our returns slip within your parcel. On the slip you can tell us what you’ve returned and why, meaning we can process any complaints as swiftly as possible. You will also find our returns address on the paperwork enclosed in your order along with advice on postage costs. Please note that you must send us back your return within 14 days of delivery, if your return falls outside of this window we will be unable to process your refund/exchange.
