We refund up to the value of £10 in postage costs for reasons
- the incorrect item was dispatched
- the item is deemed faulty.
The £10 postage refund is only honoured when a valid postage receipt is presented.

Waiting for a refund can be frustrating but please be patient. A typical refund will take up to 21 days; that's 14 days from you returning your order, us processing it, followed by 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and, wherever possible, sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

If you not receive a delivery note in your parcel. Use the returns portal.
I don’t have the original packaging, can I return?
No packaging, no problem! Just pop your items in something non see-through, sealable & waterproof.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Items must be unused and re-sellable as new, including undamaged packaging. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original branded boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box/postal bag. All branded tags and barcode labels must be attached and intact. You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days. Please note, all items purchased online cannot be returned to store.
Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all RELIGION garment tags still attached.
Please return all items, including the dust bag and box. If possible, please stand on a carpet surface when you try your shoes on to protect the soles.
LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR
In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
As dark items of clothing can easily transfer dye onto light-coloured bags, please handle these items carefully if you are still deciding whether to keep them.
